2008 – The new ride additions “Tassie’s Twister ” and “Hooroo Run” were added to the park. A steel tower and ride support columns were constructed to support both slides complexes. Each slide complex incorporates two 54” diameter open and closed flumes. “Tassie’s Twister” transitions into a bowl before exiting in to the runout pool. The bowl was supported by a steel tubular frame. (2739)
2012 – The new ride addition “Walhalla Wave” was added to the park. A steel tower and ride support columns were constructed to support one 108” diameter closed flume and a tornado wave element. The new ride addition “Stingray Falls” was also added to the park. A steel tower and ride support columns were constructed to support one 108” diameter closed flume that terminated with a slow river run through a stingray aquarium. (1107)
2017 – The new slide addition “Taumata Racer” was added to the park. A steel tower and ride support columns were constructed to support six 32” diameter closed flumes that transition into a multilane speed slide. (1655)

Our creative approach to design is unlimited in applying structural solutions to a variety of project types.
Conventional structures are typically given conventional solutions. The Core Group has a different philosophy.
To achieve the greatest efficiency in structural design and construction document preparation, The Core Group utilizes AutoCAD and Revit Structure to integrate all engineering and architectural disciplines.
